Kundana Betta
Direction10 km to the west of Bangalore Devanahalli. The monolithic hill near Kundana in the distance is squirrel shaped to look at. The hill is 61 meters high and about 100 meters wide by 50 meters wide. Kundana was the capital of the Hoysala Ramanathanaraja at the end of the 13th century. 1537 AD Kempegowda I, who was a ruler of the Yalahanka Nadu, initiated the construction of Bangalore on the orders of the Vijayanagara Empire. Kundana was the only military base. Currently, the place is home to Channarayaswamy Temple and Anjaneyaswamy Temple. Thousands of people flock to this place during the annual festivities. The place is located on a rocky hill and is ideal for viewing the surrounding nature. Road to go on the hill.
